You can use Ally to manage your OKRs directly within Microsoft Teams

How to pre-install Ally for users within MS Teams?
As an MS Teams Administrator, you can now pre-install the Ally app directly from your MS Teams account. To do this, you need to be a tenant admin with access to admin.teams.microsoft.com.
Please follow these steps to successfully pre-install Ally:
Log in to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/ with your user id and password
Click on Setup policies and choose App setup policies
Choose the policy that is associated with the segment of users you want the Ally bot to be pre-installed for. If you want to pre-install Ally for all users in your tenant, choose the Global(Org-wide-default) option
Under the installed apps section, click on the ‘Add Apps’ button and Add Ally
Post this, when a user logs into their MS Teams account, they will find Ally pre-installed within the Apps section
How to install the Ally bot if you are not an administrator?
There are multiple ways to install the Ally Bot in Teams.
The first way to add Ally to Teams is for you to click the ellipse […] button on the navigation bar on the left, search for Ally OKRs and click on the Ally OKRs app from the list of search results.
From the Ally OKRs app detail page, you can click the Add button to add Ally as a bot.
The second way to Add Ally is to visit the Apps store and once there, search for Ally OKRs and Click the Ally OKRs app listing.
From the Ally OKRs app detail page, click Add.
Once Ally OKRs have been added to MS Teams, the bot will guide you on the next steps based on if you already have an account with Ally or not.
I Don’t Have an Existing Ally Account
If you don’t have an existing Ally account, you will receive a Get Started message from the Ally bot, prompting you to create an account.
When you click the Get Started link in the above message, you will be redirected to the web version of Ally. Here you will be prompted to create an account.
To set up an Ally account, enter your Company Email, Name, and Password, then click Sign up with email.
Next, you will be prompted to enter your Organisation’s Name, Size, and Role before continuing.
After you have successfully created an account, Ally will prompt you to return to MS Teams and type “Hi Ally” to the Ally Bot. The Ally Bot can be found in the left menu navigation, in the chat section.
Once you have returned to MS Teams and typed “Hi Ally”, the bot will send you a Welcome message with details on how to view, manage, and update your OKRs without leaving Teams. There will also be a quick link to access the Ally user guide and login for Ally’s web application.
I Have an Existing Ally Account
If you have an existing Ally account, you will receive a Welcome message with details on how to view, manage, and update OKRs in Teams. From here, you can begin to view, manage, and share OKRs without leaving Teams.
How to access Ally from MS Teams
You can access Ally from MS Teams via the Ally Bot and view your OKRs or your organization's OKRs.
You can also access Ally by adding it as a tab in a MS Teams channel. To do so, click on + in the channel title pane to open the ‘Add a tab’ pop-up. Search and select ‘Ally’ and click ‘Add’ in the preview window. Choose the Ally entity (Individual OKR, Team OKR, Organization OKR) you would like to map as a channel tab.
